The day I saw this on the show I got up to join the crowd. I was stunned at what it did for me. I’ve been trying to get back to it so I could write it up & share. Then as happens to all, life steps in throws us on our hineys (literally for me). I fell last week when we had the rain for days on end. Landed smack hard on my tail bone.
I am getting back into the swing of things but learning that you can’t put a sling on that thing. And did you know your tail bone is really connected to all things you do. I don’t even want to talk about the connection a sneeze brings to you. Tears to your eyes for sure. I did what I could of this simple exercise today, I left out the leg lifting part. But still got a great deal of good from it. Give it a try, I think you’ll be pleased you did. It’s a minute of the day that can add nothing but good to your body.
